Sabudana Vada Recipe | How to Make Sabudana Vada at Home | Sago Vada Recipe
Materials
- 4 Boiled and Mashed Potato
- 1/2 Paneer
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Gram Masala
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Rice flakes powder
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp All Purpose flour
- Water as required
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make perfect Sabudana Vada first take 1 cup of Sabudana.
- Now wash and soak into water for 2-3 hours.
- After 2-3 hours, drain the water and transfer the soaked Sabudana into a bowl.
- Now, take another bowl, add four boiled and grated potatoes, and soaked Sabudana into it.
- Now add three finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of pepper powder, rock salt as per taste, 1/2 cup of roasted peanut powder.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, grease your hands, mix everything well, and prepare a dough.
- Now, take small size dough, prepare the ball and flatten it to prepare Vada.
- Now, prepare Vada with the remaining dough.
- If you want to make your Sabudana vada with less oil, place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of ghee and heat.
- Now, place prepared vada into the pan, close the lid and cook for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, check the vada, turn them to another side, and roast well.
- After vada, turn golden and crisp, transfer to a plate, and roast the next batch.
- If you want to make these Vada with Appe pan, place an Appe pan on flame and grease it with oil.
- Now, place prepared vada into the mold, close the lid, and roast for 1 minute.
- After vada turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and roast the next batch.
- Now your both types of Sabudana Vada are ready, and you can enjoy them.
