Materials
- Poha/Flatten Rice – 1 cup
- Red, Green, Yellow Capsicum – 6 tbsp
- Carrot – 2 tbsp
- Onion – 2 tbsp
- Beans – 1 tbsp
- Bread – 3 slices
- Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
- Red Chillie Flakes – 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Grated Paneer – 4 tbsp
- All-Purpose Flour – 4 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- To make amazing Vegetable Nuggets take 1 cup of Poha.
- Now, take a bowl, place a strainer on it, add Poha into the strainer, wash the Poha well, and soak it for 3-4 minutes.
- Now, remove the excess water and transfer the Poha into a bowl.
- Now, take three bread slices and brown edges.
- Now, one by one, dip the bread into the water; after this, squeeze the bread.
- Now crush the bread and add it into the Poha bowl.
- Now add 2 tbsp of rice flour, salt as per taste, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of oregano, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, one finely chopped green chilli.
- Now add 3 tbsp of chopped onion, 2 tbsp of green capsicum, 2 tbsp of red capsicum, 2 tbsp of yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 1 tbsp of chopped beans, one chopped onion.
- Now add finely chopped coriander, 2 tbsp of fresh curd, 4 tbsp of grad cheese and mix everything well.
- Now, take a small portion of the mix and give any shape you want.
- Now, prepare Nuggets with the remaining mix.
- Now, take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup water, salt as per taste, and prepare a slurry.
- Now, one by one, dip first dip nuggets into slurry; after this, coat it with bread crumbs.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- Now, one by one, add prepared Nuggets into oil and fry well until golden and crisp.
- After Nuggets turn golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
