CHINESE PASTA

- Finely chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp

DESI STYLE MASALA PASTA
- Oil/Butter – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped Onion- 2 tbsp

- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
- Frozen Peas/Fresh Peas – 2 tbsp
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Red Chilly Flakes – 1 tsp
- Boiled Pasta – 1
Instructions
- To make Pasta, first take 150 grams of Penne pasta.
- Now place a wide pan on flame and add 1 litre of water, 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of oil and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, add penne pasta and cook on medium flame.
- To check that Pasta is cooked perfect, take one piece of Pasta, cut it into two parts and if you see a white ring on the edges of Pasta, this means Pasta is cooked perfectly.
- Now turn off the flame, drain the hot water, and add normal water to Pasta to stop cooking.
- Now, keep the Pasta aside and let’s start making four types of Pasta.
Cheesy Tomato Twist Pasta
- To make Cheesy Tomato Twist Pasta, first place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
- 2 – Now add 1 tbsp of chopped Garlic, and roast a little, and after Garlic, turn a little golden, add one chopped onion and roast well.
- 3 – Now turn the flame to low and add two chopped tomatoes, 1/2 tsp of salt and roast well until they turn mushy.
- 4 – After 2-3 minutes, add 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, and mix everything well.
- 5 – Now add 1 tbsp of chopped capsicum and mix well.
- 6 – Now add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix well roast for 1 minute.
- 7 – Now add 4 tbsp of water and close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- 8 – Now add boiled Pasta and mix well on low flame.
- 9 – Now add small pieces of cheese close, and mix well.
- 10 – Now turn off the flame, and your chest tomato pasta is ready, and you can enjoy it.
Desi style Masala Pasta
- To make Desi Style Masala Pasta, first place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
- Now add 1 tbsp of chopped Garlic, and roast a little, and after Garlic, turn a little golden, add 1 tsp of grated ginger and roast well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of chopped onion and roast on a low medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add two chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste, mix well, close the lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, and mix well and roast.
- Now add 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of green peas and mix everything well and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add 4 tbsp of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, boiled Pasta and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the flame, and your desi style Masala Pasta is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
Chinese Pasta
- To make Perfect Chinese Pasta, first place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
- Now add 1 tbsp of chopped Garlic, and roast a little and after Garlic, turn little golden add 2 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 1 tsp of grated ginger and roast well for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- After 2 minutes, two finely chopped carrots, 2 tbsp of chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp of spring onion white, 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, and roast for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of white vinegar and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add 5 tbsp of cornflour slurry(take 1 tbsp of cornflour and add 4 tbsp of water and mix well).
- Now add 2 tbsp of water and boil for 2 minutes.
- Now add 1 cup of boiled Pasta and mix well, and toss gently.
- Now turn off the flame, and your Chinese Pasta is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
Creamy Mayonnaise Pasta
- To make Cheesy Tomato Twist Pasta, first place a pan on medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
- Now add 1 tbsp of chopped Garlic, and roast a little, and after Garlic, turn a little golden, add one chopped onion and roast a little.
- After 1 minute, add 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrot, 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum, 1 tsp of red chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp of chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp of boiled sweet corn and stir fry everything.
- After 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of mixed herbs, salt as per taste and mix everything well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of veg mayonnaise, 4 tbsp of water and mix well; cook on low, medium flame.
- Now add 1 cup of boiled Pasta and mix everything well gently.
- Now turn off the flame, and your creamy Mayonnaise pasta is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
