Materials
- 1 cup Soaked Poha /chidwa
- 1 pcs Finely chopped Green chilli
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Salt – as per required
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 5 tbsp Atta
- Water – as per required
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- Oil as per required
Instructions
- To make Aata Poha Cheela take 1 cup of Poha and soak it into the water for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, drain the excess water and transfer the Poha to a bowl.
- Now add 1 chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of grated carrot, 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum,2 tbsp of chopped onion, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- Now add 1/2 cup of curd, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 5 tbsp of wheat flour and mix well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a batter.
- Now, close the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the batter and add 3 tbsp of chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now, place a Tawa on flame and grease it with oil and heat.
- Now add 1 full ladle batter and spread well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn it to another side and cook well.
- After the Cheela cooker perfectly, transfer it to a plate and cook the next Cheela.
