Materials
- 250 grams Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup Sugar Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk Powder
- 2-3 drops Rose Essence
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- Milk – as per required
- 1/4 cup Pista
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2-3 drops Red Food colour
- 3 tbsp Sugar Powder
- Milk as per required for binding
- silver Vark (optional)
- Green food colour
- Cloves for garnish
Instructions
- To make Kaju Pasand sweet first take 250 grams of Kaju(Cashew Nuts).
- Now, take a grinding jar and add Kaju into it and make a fine paste.
- Now, take a bowl and transferKaju Paste into it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of sugar powder, 3 tbsp of milk powder, 2-3 drops of rose essence, 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Now mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add milk as required and make a smooth dough.
- Now, to make the stuffing take a grinding jar and add 1/4 cup of pistachio, 1/4 cup of Kaju, 1/4 cup of almonds, 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut.
- Now add 2-3 drops of red food colour(Optional), 3 tbsp of sugar powder, and milk as required.
- Now grind everything well and make a fine paste.
- Now transfer the stuffing into a bowl.
- Now, prepare small balls with stuffing.
- Now lemon size sweet mix and make it like a small bowl.
- Now, place a stuffing ball into it.
- Now, close it from all sides and prepare a Laddu.
- Now prepare Laddu from the remaining stuffing and Mix.
- Now garnish all Laddu with silver Vark.
- Now add cloves on all Laddu.
- Now, take green food colour and take a spoon.
- Now dip the spoon into green colour and make a shape on Laddu like the following image,
- Now, make the shape on the remaining Laddu.
- Now your Kaju Pasand sweet is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
