Gajar Barfi Recipe | How to make Gajar Barfi | Easy Carrot Fudge Recipe
Materials
- 1 kg Carrot
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Finely Chopped Almonds
Instructions
- To make Gajar Barfi/Carrot Fudge, first take 1 Kg of washed and peeled carrot.
- Now grate the carrot with the help of a grater or Mixer (First cut the carrot into small pieces, then grind on pulse until coarse).
- Now, place a pan on flame and add grated carrot and 2 cups of sugar.
- Now mix sugar and carrot and cook on medium flame until sugar melts.
- After sugar melts, turn the flame to low and cook until the water completely evaporated.
- After water evaporated completely, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
- Now, take a butter paper and place it on a platform.
- Now, transfer the barfi mix on butter paper and give a squire shape to it.
- Now garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachio or any other dry fruits.
- Now, close the butter paper from all sides and set it for 2-3 hours.
- After 2 Hours, your Gajar barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Gajar Barfi Recipe – Step By Step
1 – To make Gajar Barfi/Carrot Fudge, first take 1 Kg of washed and peeled carrot.
