Materials
- 2 cups Lotus Seeds/Fox Nuts/Phool Makhana
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup CashewNuts
- 1/4 cup Musk Melon Seeds
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1.5 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 cup Bura/Sugar Powder/Jaggery
Instructions
- To make Immunity Booster Laddu first 2 cups of Lotus Seeds.
- Now take a grinding jar and add lotus Seeds to it and grind well and make a coarse powder on Pulse.
- Now into the grinding jar add 1/4 cup of almonds, 1/4 cup of cashew nuts, 1/4 Musk Melon Seeds, and grind everything and make a coarse powder.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of Ghee to it and melt.
- After ghee, melts add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and roast on low flame.
- Now add prepared coarse powder and mix well and roast on low flame.
- Now add 1.5 cups of desiccated coconut and mix well and roast a little on low flame and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let it a little cool.
- While the mix is a little warm add 1 cup of sugar powder and mix well( You can also use Bura or Jaggery).
- Now prepare Laddu from the mix and if required add warm ghee then prepare laddu.
- Now your Immunity Booster Laddu is Ready and you can enjoy them.

One point I need to clear, supposing I want to add powdered jaggery how should I go about it, can I add it just as you added the powdered sugar.
