- Sabudana – 1 cup
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Peanut Powder – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Peanut – 2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves
- Potato – 2 pcs
- Black pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Rock Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Take 5 slices of bread and break them into small pieces.
- Add the bread pieces to a grinding jar and blend them into a fine powder.
- Transfer the bread powder into a mixing bowl and add 3 tablespoons of gram flour and 2 tablespoons of semolina.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 2 chopped green chilies, 2-3 tablespoons of chopped capsicum, 2-3 tablespoons of chopped cabbage, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
- Season with salt to taste, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon of red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon of garam masala. Mix everything well to form a dough.
