- To make the amazing Sooji Methi Ka Nasta, take a potato, peel it, and grate it with the help of a medium-sized grater.
- Now take a wide bowl, grated potato, chopped coriander, chopped fenugreek leaves, 1/4 cup of gram flour, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, and ginger-garlic-green chili paste.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 cup of fine semolina, and 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a medium-thick batter.
- Now, place a tempering pan on flame, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
- Now add the tempering to the batter, mix well, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add Eno fruit salt and a little water and mix well.
- Now place a medium-sized pan on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
- After the pan is hot, spread sesame seeds into it.
