I will share an easy recipe to make excellent testy Small Goli pakora at your Home step By Step in this post.
To follow this recipe, you don’t need gram flour, semolina, cornflour, baking soda or nighter baking soda; you can easily make this pakora with readily available ingredients.
So without wasting any time, let’s start this recipe.

Materials
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 4 Chopped Chillie
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 3 Boiled Potato
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Rice Flour-
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make a testy small Goli, Pakora first takes a bowl and add one chopped onion.
- Now add3-4 chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Now add two pinches of turmeric powder, and mix everything well with your hands.
- Now add three boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour accordingly for binding, 2 tbsp of rice flour( Alternatively, you can use arrowroot powder or cornflour).
- Now, mix everything well with your hands.
- Now grease your hands and prepare small Goli with Prepared mix.
- Now, if you want to store these Goli, you can keep them in an airtight box in the freezer for 15 days.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well.
- Now, one by one, add Goli pakora into the pan and fry well on medium flame.
- Now rotate with a spoon and fry well until golden and crisp.
- After Pakora turns golden, transfer Small Goli Pakora into a plate and fry the next batch.
- To Make Hotel-style spicy Chutney for our small Goli Pakora, place a pan on flame, and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 8-10 garlic cloves, 1 inch of ginger, 10-15 dry red chilli, 3-4 roughly chopped tomato.
- Now add salt per taste, 1 tsp of tamarind paste and mix well and cook.
- After the tomato cooked well, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now, take a grinding jar and add chutney mix into it and grind well.
- Now, place a Tadka pan on low flame and add 1 tsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds,1/2 tsp of Urad dal, and some curry leaves.
- Now add prepared Tadka to the chutney.
- Now your Testy Small Goli Pakora and Hotel style red chutney are ready, and you can enjoy them.
