Materials
- Rava – 2 Cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee- 1/2 cup
- Coconut – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- To make the most tasty and perfect Rava Ladoo, place a kadhai on flame, add 3 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add 2 cups of Rava/semolina, and roast well and stir continuously.
- After white roasting the semolina, take a grinding jar, add 1 cup of sugar, and 2 cardamoms, and make a fine powder.
- After the Rava starts roasting, little by little add ghee and roast well.
- After the Rava turns aromatic, add sugar powder and mix well on low flame for 30-40 seconds.
- After 30-40 seconds, add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame, close the lid, and leave it for 7-8 minutes.
- After 7-8 minutes, remove the lid and transfer the mix to a wide plate.
- Now add the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee and mix well.
- Now, add the prepared Ladoo mix into a grinding jar and grind a little.
- Now, one by one, prepare the Ladoo with the Ladoo mix.
- Now your perfect Rava Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
