Materials
- Spinach – 500 gm
- Ghee Garlic – 6 cloves
- Split Green Chilli – 4
- Pcs Salt – 2 pinch
- Green Peas – 1 cup
- Peanut – 1 tbsp
- Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
- White Sesame – 1 tsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Bay Leaf – 2 pcs
- Cardamom – 2 pcs
- Clove – 2 pcs
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 2 pcs
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1/2 inch
- Chopped Garlic – 6 cloves
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2 Pcs
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Tomato – 2 pcs
- Salt as per Taste
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Water Hot Water – 1 cup
- Cumin Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Dry Red Chilli – 2 pcs
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
- White Sesame – 1 pinch
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Palak Ki Sabji, take 500 grams of Palak and wash it in water.
- Now finely chop the palak and keep it aside.
- Now place a kadhai on the flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee is hot, add garlic cloves, chopped palak, 2-3 chopped green chilies, and salt and mix well.
- After cooking for some time, add 1 cup of green peas and cook for some time.
- After the palak turns soft, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now again place a pan on the flame, add 1 tbsp of peanuts, and roast on medium flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of gram flour and 1 tsp of sesame seeds and roast for a few seconds.
- After roasting for some time, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now add it into a grinding jar and make a fine powder.
- Now place a kadhai on the flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and 1 tbsp of butter, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add 2 bay leaves, 2 cardamoms, 2 cloves, and 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and roast a little.
- After some time, add 2 chopped onions and 1/4 tsp of asafetida and roast well on high flame.
- After the onion turns pink, add grated ginger, chopped garlic, and chopped green chilies, mix well, and cook.
- After roasting everything, add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder and mix well.
- Now add 2 chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste, mix well, and cook for one minute.
- After a minute, add 1 tsp of coriander powder and 1/2 tsp of cumin powder. Mix well and roast.
- Now add prepared powder, 1 cup of hot water, and mix well.
- After a boil, add cooked palak, mix well, and cook with a closed lid.
- Now place a tempering pan on the flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
- After the ghee melts, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 2 dry red chilies, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and sesame seeds, and mix well.
- Now pour the tempering into the Sabji and mix well.
- Now your perfect Palak Ki Sabji is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
