- Bread – 6
- Butter
- Green Chutney
- Boiled Potato
- Chaat Masala
- Salt as per Taste
- Chopped Onion
- Sliced Tomato
- Sliced Capsicum
- Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- To make the tastiest and perfect Mumbai Grill Sandwich, take three bread slices, apply butter on two bread slices and keep the third bread aside.
- Next step – apply green chutney on both slices of bread.
- Next step – place slices of boiled potato on one piece of bread and sprinkle chaat masala, & salt.
- Next step – add onion slices and place the second bread slice on the first bread.
- Next step – place the tomato slices, chopped capsicum & chopped cucumber on the top of the sandwich.
- Next step – add grated mozzarella cheese or cheese slices.
- Next step – take the third bread slice and apply butter & green chutney to it.
- Next step – place the third bread slice on the top of the sandwich and apply butter on top of the sandwich.
