Materials
- Ghee – 4 tbsp
- Edible Gum – 2 tbsp
- Almonds – 3 tbsp 30 gm
- Cashew – 30 gm
- Makhana – 1 cup
- Musk Melon Seeds – 6 tbsp
- Grated Dry Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Khus Khus – 2 tbsp
- Raisins – 2 tbsp
- Pistachios – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 2 cup
Instructions
- To make the perfect Mewa Paag, place a kadhai on flame, add 4 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
- After hot oil, add 2 tablespoons of edible gum(gond) and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer the roasted Gond into a plate.
- Now add 3 tablespoons of almonds to the ghee and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer the roasted almonds to the plate.
- Now add 30 grams of cashew to the ghee and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer the roasted cashew to the plate.
- Now add 1 cup of foxnuts to the ghee and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer the roasted foxnut onto the plate.
- Now add 6 tablespoons of musk melon seeds and roast well.
- After roasting well, transfer the roasted musk melon seeds onto the plate.
- Now add grated coconut to the ghee and roast well.
- After a few seconds, add 2 tablespoons of Khus Khus and 2 tablespoons of raisins, and roast well.
- After 30–40 seconds, turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate.
- Now take a grinding jar, add roasted almonds, cashews, and foxnuts, and make a coarse powder.
- Now take the roasted edible gum and crush it with the help of a bowl.
- Now take a big bowl, add dry fruit powder, edible gum powder, and all the roasted ingredients.
- Now add 2 tbsp of pistachio, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg, and mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on the flame, 2 cups of sugar, and 1 cup of water, and melt it.
- After the sugar melts and turns sticky, add all the Mewa paag mix and mix well.
- After the mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to a greased plate.
- Now spread it well, let it set for some time, and after some time, cut it into pieces.
- Now your perfect Mewa Paag is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
