- Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Bay Leaf – 1 pcs
- Chopped Garlic – 8 cloves
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 Pcs
- Chopped Ginger – 1 inch
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin – 1/2 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
- Tomato – 3 pcs
- Salt as per Taste
- Water
- Sabji Masala – 1 tsp
- Milk Malai – 2 tbsp
- Hot Water – 2 cup
- Chopped Coriander

- Heat the Oil: Place a kadhai (pan) on medium heat. Add 2 tbsp mustard oil and heat it until it starts smoking slightly.
- Tempering: Lower the heat and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, and 1 bay leaf. Sauté until aromatic.
- Aromatics: Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Spices: Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp kasoori methi. Mix and roast on low heat to avoid burning the spices.
