- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 2 pinch
- Carom Seed - 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
- Semolina - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp

- Prepare the Green Pea Paste: In a grinding jar, add 1 cup of green peas, 2 green chilies, 1-inch ginger piece, and a handful of coriander leaves.
- Add Spices to the Paste: To the jar, add 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and a little water. Blend into a fine paste.
- Combine with Spices: Transfer the paste to a wide plate. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 pinches of asafoetida, and 1 tsp carom seeds.
- Add Additional Ingredients: Mix in 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves), and 1/4 cup of semolina. Combine everything well and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Dough: After 5 minutes, add 2 cups of wheat flour to the mixture. Knead thoroughly to form a soft, pliable dough.
