  • Carom Seed - 1 tsp

  • Wheat flour - 2 cup

  • Prepare the Green Pea Paste: In a grinding jar, add 1 cup of green peas, 2 green chilies, 1-inch ginger piece, and a handful of coriander leaves.
  • Add Spices to the Paste: To the jar, add 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and a little water. Blend into a fine paste.
  • Combine with Spices: Transfer the paste to a wide plate. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 pinches of asafoetida, and 1 tsp carom seeds.
  • Add Additional Ingredients: Mix in 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves), and 1/4 cup of semolina. Combine everything well and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
