  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Funnel Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Nigella Seed -1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
  • Coarse Coriander – 1 tsp
  • Grated Ginger – 1 inch
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 4 pcs
  • Dry Red Chilli – 2 pcs
  • Tomato – 2 pcs
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp

  • Pumpkin – 1 kg
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin – 1/2 tsp
  • Funnel Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Nigella Seed -1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
  • Coarse Coriander – 1 tsp
  • Grated Ginger – 1 inch
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 4 pcs
  • Dry Red Chilli – 2 pcs
  • Tomato – 2 pcs
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Amchoor Powder
  • Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • To make the amazing Kaddu Ki Sabji, take 1 kg of pumpkin, wash it well, and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now place a pan on flame, add water, and boil.
  • After the water is hot, add pumpkin pieces, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon salt and boil.
  • After 5-6 minutes, turn off the flame and transfer the pieces to a plate.
  • Now place a kadhai on flame, add 2-3 tbsp of mustard oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds, and 1/2 tsp of nigella seeds, and roast a little.
  • After a few seconds, add 1/2 tsp of asafoetida and 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds, and roast.
  • Now add 4 chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and roast well.
  • After a minute, add 2 dry red chilies and roast well.
  • Now add 2 tomato pieces and cook well.
  • After cooking for some time, add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black salt, and 1 tbsp of Kasoori methi and cook for 30-40 seconds.
  • Now close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes, add the pumpkin pieces, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid, add dry mango powder, chopped coriander, and mix well.
  • Now your perfect Kaddu Ki Sabji is completely ready and you can enjoy it.

Kaddu Ki Sabji Recipe – Step By Step

1: To make the amazing Kaddu Ki Sabji, take 1 kg of pumpkin, wash it well, and cut it into small pieces.

11: After cooking for some time, add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black salt, and 1 tbsp of Kasoori methi and cook for 30-40 seconds.

Kaddu Ki Sabji Recipe 512: Now close the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
13: After 3 minutes, add the pumpkin pieces, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
