Materials
- Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds – 1.5 tbsp
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf – 1 pcs
- Red Chilli – 2 pcs
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 4 pcs
- Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Grated Garlic – 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Tomato – 4 pcs
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Capsicum – 1 pcs
- Tomato – 2 pcs
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Split Green Chilli – 3 pcs
- Paneer – 400 gm
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Kadai Paneer, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 1.5 tbsp of fennel seeds, 1 tbsp of coriander, 1 tsp of black pepper corns, and 2 dry red chillies, and roast a little.
- After roasting, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now add the masala to the crusher and make a coarse powder.
- Now place a kadai on the flame, add 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and roast until it turns pink.
- After the onion turns pink, add 1 tbsp of grated garlic, 3 chopped green chillies, and 1 tbsp of grated ginger, and roast well.
- After roasting well, puree 4 tomatoes, add salt as per taste, and cook on medium heat.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of coriander powder, and 3 tbsp of prepared masala, and mix well.
- Now add 4 tablespoons of hot water and cook well with a closed lid.
- Now place another pan on the flame, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- Now add the capsicum, onion, and tomato pieces and roast on a high flame for a minute.
- After roasting a little, add paneer pieces, salt as per taste, prepared kadhai masala, and roast a little.
- Now turn off the flame and check the gravy (add water if required).
- Now add 2 tablespoons of fresh cream to the gravy and mix well.
- Now add the roasted paneer and veggies and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp. of kasuri methi, chopped coriander, and cream and mix well.
- Now your perfect Kadai Paneer is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
