  • लाल टमाटर – 6
  • मक्खन – 1 बड़ा चम्मच।
  • तेल – 1/2 टेबल स्पून।
  • तेज पत्ता – 1
  • कटा हुआ प्याज – 1
  • लहसुन की कलियां – 2-3
  • कटी हुई गाजर – 1
  • कसा हुआ अदरक – 1 बड़ा चम्मच।
  • कटा हुआ आलू – 1
  • नमक – 1 बड़ा चम्मच।
  • पानी – 2 कप
  • चीनी – 1 बड़ा चम्मच।
  • काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 टेबल स्पून।
  • नमक – 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच।

Tomato Soup Recipe

In this post i am going to share an amazing recipe restaurant style tomato soup.

Materials

  • 6 Red Tomato
  • 1 tbsp. Butter 
  • 1/2 tbsp. Oil 
  • 1 Bay Leaf 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 chopped potato 
  • 1 tbsp. salt 
  • 2 cup water 
  • 1 tbsp. sugar 
  • 1/2 tbsp. pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt 

Instructions

  • To make amazing thick and most testy Tomato soup, first take six red tomatoes.
  • Now, roughy chop all tomatoes.
  • Now place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of butter, 1/2 tsp of oil, and melt.
  • After butter melts, add one bay leaf, one chopped onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, and saute well for 1 minute.
  • After one minute, add one chopped carrot, 1 tsp of grated ginger, and saute well.
  • Now, the trick to make your tomato soup thicker use potato or a handful of boiled rice or cornflour mix; you can use any trick to make your tomato soup thicker.
  • In this recipe, I am using potato, so if you want to use potato, add one chopped potato and saute well.
  • After 1 minute, add all chopped tomato, 1 tsp of salt, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, add 1 cup of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook on medium flame.
  • After tomatoes turn mushy, turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
  • After the mix has cooled, transfer it to a grinding jar, grind well, and make a fine paste.
  • Now again, place a pan on flame and put a filter on it.
  • Now filter the tomato soup into the pan.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water and boil on medium flame.
  • Now add 1 tsp of sugar(optional) and mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, and mix well.
  • After the soup starts boiling, turn off the flame.
  • Now your thick and testy tomato soup is entirely ready, and you can enjoy it.
