  • तिल – 1.5 कप
  • दूध – 2 कप
  • चीनी – 1 कप
  • नारियल बुरादा (Desiccated Coconut) – 1/2 कप
  • दूध मलाई – 2 बड़े चम्मच
  • इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच

Materials

  • 1.5 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Milk Cream
  • cardamom powder

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Til Nariyal Barfi, place a pan on low flame, add 1.5 cups of sesame seeds, and roast on low flame until it turns little pink.
  • After sesame seeds turn a little pink, turn off the flame, transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
  • Now, take a tray and grease it with oil/Ghee.
  • Now check your Sesame seeds and separate 2 tbsp of Sesame seeds into a bowl.
  • Now, add sesame seeds into a grinding jar and make a coarse powder.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 2 cups of milk, and boil.
  • After milk starts boiling, add 1 tbsp of sugar and melt it.
  • After sugar melts, add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut, mix well and boil.
  • Now add sesame powder, mix well and cook on low flame until the mix turns thick.
  • After mixing it, add 2 tbsp of milk malai(cream) and mix well.
  • After the mix turns a little thick, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
  • After the mix leaves the pan, add 2 tbsp of sesame seeds and mix well.
  • To check that your mix is cooked well, take a small portion of the mix and prepare a ball; if the ball does not stick in your hands, the mixture is cooked perfectly.
  • Now, turn off the flame, transfer the mix into a greased tray, and spread well.
  • Now garnish the barfi with chopped pistachio and let it set for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, check your barfi and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now your Til Nariyal Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
