बिना यीस्ट सिर्फ 30 मिनट में घर के आटे से ब्रेड कुकर या कड़ाही में गारंटी से सॉफ्ट बनेगी Atta Bread

INGREDIENTS

Wheat Flour – 3 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder – 1.5 tsp
Butter Milk – 2 cups
Oil – 1 tsp

  • Take a bowl.
  • Add wheat flour,Salt,Sugar Powder,Baking Soda,Baking Powder.
  • Mix all Dry Ingredients
  • Add Butter Milk in batches and mix well (Use 4-5 tbsp Curd & add 2 cups water & prepare butter milk).
  • Prepare soft and sticky dough.
  • Add oil and mix well.
  • Take any cake tin/Bowl,Add oil and grease the tin on all sides.
  • Transfer batter ,Fill only 3/4 the Tin.
  • Flatten it on top.
  • Brush on top with Oil/Butter/Ghee/Milk.
  • Take a kadhai,Close lid and pre heat it for 10 mins.
  • Place a stand or bowl in the base of the kadhai.
  • Place Cake tin.
  • Sprinkle some Sesame Seeds.
  • Close lid covering on all sides,Make sure steam does not pass out of the kadhai.
  • On medium flame bake it for 25-30 mins(Do check ater 20 mins).
  • Check after 30 mins.
  • Check with a tooth pick,If it is clean it is baked perfectly.
  • Take out from the kadhai
  • Close with a acloth and let it cool for 1.5 mins
  • After 1.5 mins take out the cloth.
  • Brush on top with some Butter/Ghee.
  • Seprate edges with a knife and de mold it.
  • You can also make it without a mould.
  • Take any Steel glasses or bowls and grease them.
  • Transfer batter ,Fill only 3/4 the glasses
  • Brush on top with Oil/Butter/Ghee/Milk
  • Take a Cooker,Close lid and pre heat it for 10 mins,Do not use whistle or rubber,Place a stand or plate.
  • Place prepared glasses inside cooker.
  • Close lid and bake for 25-30 mins(Do check ater 20 mins).
  • Check after 30 mins.
  • Check with a tooth pick,If it is clean it is baked perfectly.
  • Take out from the Cooker.
  • Let it cool for 1 min.
  • Brush on top with some Butter/Ghee.
  • Seprate edges with a knife and de mold it.

Tips :

  • Use 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Eno in place of Baking Powder Or Use 1 tsp Baking Soda and 1 tsp Lemon Juice Or use 2 tsp Baking Soda.
  • Use 2 cups warm Milk in place of Butter Milk.
  • Bake at 180-degree celsius for 30 minutes in Oven.
