- Milk Cream – 3 tbsp
- Oil
- All Purpose Flour – 1.5 cup
- Custard Powder – 1/4 cup

- In a bowl, take 3/4 cup of warm milk and dissolve 1/2 cup of sugar in it. Mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add 3 tbsp of fresh milk malai (cream) to the milk mixture and stir until combined.
- Grease small bowls or molds with ghee to prevent sticking.
- In another bowl, mix 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup of custard powder.
- Gradually pour the prepared milk mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a kadhai (deep pan) on medium flame, spread a layer of salt at the bottom, and preheat it for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp of Eno fruit salt to the batter and whisk well to activate it, making the batter light and airy.
- Pour the batter into the greased bowls, filling them about 3/4 full. Garnish the tops with chopped almonds and pistachios.
