- Raisins- 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Mawa – 1 cup
- Milk – 3 cups

- To make the most delicious Halwai-style Gajar Ka Halwa, start by taking 1.5 kilograms of carrots. Wash them thoroughly and peel off the outer skin.
- Trim both ends of the carrots and cut them into small, manageable pieces.
- Use a chopper to finely chop the carrots into small, uniform bits to ensure they cook evenly.
- Place a kadhai (deep pan) on medium flame and add 3 tablespoons of ghee. Allow the ghee to heat up well.
- Once the ghee is hot, add a mix of chopped dry fruits like almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Roast them lightly until golden and aromatic, then transfer them to a plate and set aside.
- Add a little more ghee to the same Kadhai, followed by the chopped carrots. Cook the carrots for 7-8 minutes with the lid closed, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
