Butter Paneer Masala Recipe | How to make Butter Paneer Masala at Home
Materials
- 1 pcs Cinnamon Stick
- 4 pcs Green Cardamom
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Chopped Onion
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 inch Ginger
- 5 – 6 Garlic cloves
- 15 – 20 Cashew Nut
- 5 – 6 Red Chilli
- 5 Chopped Tomato
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Slited Green Chilli
- 2 Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Panner Butter Masala
- 300 grams Paneer Cubes
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Kasoori Methi
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Fresh Cream/Malai
Instructions
- To make Paneer Butter Masala First place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of oil in it and heat well.
- Now add 1 pcs of Cinnamon Stick, 4 Green cardamoms, 2 bay Leaf, 1/2 Pcs of Chopped onion, and saute everything well on medium flame.
- Now add 2 Green chilies, 1 inch Ginger, 5 to 6 Garlic pieces, and stir fry everything.
- Now add 15 to20 Cashew Nut and stir Fry.
- Now add 5 to 6 red chili and mix well and fry.
- Now add 5 to 6 roughly chopped tomato, 1 tsp of salt, and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup water and put a lid on the pan and cook on a low medium flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes everything is cooked well now turn off the flame and let everything cool.
- Now remove cinnamon and bay leaf from the mixture because they will make our gravy darker.
- After the mix become cool then transfer it into a grinding jar and Grind everything well and prepare a fine smooth paste.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tsp of oil, and melt well.
- Now add 1 tsp of grated ginger and saute well on low medium flame.
- Now add slit green chili, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and mix everything well.
- Now add Prepared Paneer Butter masala gravy and mix everything well.
- Now put a lid on it and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add 300 grams of paneer cubes.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, and a piece of butter and mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now turn off the flame and Kasoori methi 1 tsp of sugar, 4 tbsp of fresh cream, and mix everything well.
- Now your Butter Paneer Masala is ready and you can serve it.
