Materials
- 1 Cup semolina suji
- 1/2 Cup Besan
- 1 Cup curd
- salt to taste
- 2 Pinch Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Ingredients of Tadka
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1/2 Cup chopped Capsicum
- Curry leaves
- Green chilli
- 1/2 tbsp Sambhar masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Instructions
- To make the amazing Besan Suji Ka Nasta, take a bowl, add 1 cup of semolina, and 1/2 cup of gram flour.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 cup of curd and one tablespoon of oil and mix well.
- Now keep the batter aside and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Now take a mini Idli mold and grease it with oil.
- Now place a kadhai on the flame, add water and two lemon pieces, and boil for 5 minutes with a closed lid.
- After 5 minutes, check the batter, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and mix well.
- Now fill the prepared batter into the greased Idli mold.
- Now place the Idli mold on the Kadhai, close the lid, and cook for 10–12 minutes.
- After 10–12 minutes, check the Suji Besan Nasta and demould them.
- Now place a pan on the flame, add one tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, curry leaves, 3 tbsp of chopped capsicum, salt as per taste, and 2-3 split green chilies and roast well.
- After a minute, add the prepared mini idli, red chili flakes, sambar masala, and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and serve your Suji Besan Ka Nasta.
- Now your perfect Besan Suji Ka Nasta is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
