Materials
- Gram Flour – 2 bowls
- Ghee – 6 tbsp
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 2 cups
- Water
- Saffron Strands
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the Best Besan Ki Barfi, take a bowl, add 2 cups of gram flour and 3 tbsp of ghee, and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of milk and mix well.
- Now filter the Besan with the help of a strainer.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add Besan, and roast well on low flame until golden.
- After the Besan turns golden, turn off the flame and transfer the Besan into a bowl.
- Now place a pan on flame, add 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water, and cook on medium to high flame.
- Now add saffron strands, cardamom powder, and 2 pinches of food saffron color and mix well.
- After the syrup turns sticky, add the Besan and mix well.
- After cooking for some time, add 3 tablespoons of ghee, mix well, and cook.
- After the barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the barfi mix to a greased plate.
- Now level the barfi and garnish it with chopped pistachios and almonds.
- After 15 minutes, check the barfi and cut it into small pieces.
- Now your perfect Besan Ki Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
