- Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Carrot
- Chopped Cucumber
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Boiled Potato – 1
- Chopped Green Chilli – 2
- Paneer
- Chopped Coriander
- Salt as per taste
- Black Paper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise
- Sandwich bread
- Butter
- Green Chutney
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Chaat Masala
- Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
- To make the perfect Aloo Veg Sandwich, take a bowl and add 1/4 cup of capsicum, one chopped onion, one chopped carrot, one chopped cabbage, one chopped tomato, and one boiled chopped potato.
- Now add two chopped green chilies, paneer pieces, chopped coriander, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
- Now add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything well.
- Now take a sandwich of three pieces of bread and apply butter to all slices.
- Apply green chutney to one slice and add prepared stuffing to it.
- Now add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle red chili flakes on it.
- Now take the second bread slice, apply the tomato ketchup on one side, and place it on the first slice.
- Add green chutney to the bread slice and add prepared stuffing.
- Now add mozzarella cheese, sprinkles, red chili flakes, and chaat masala.
- Now apply tomato ketchup to the third slice and place it on top of the sandwich.
- Now place a tawa on the flame, apply ghee to it, and heat well.
- Now place the sandwich into the tawa and place a heavy thing on it, like in the following image.
- After roasting for a minute, flip the sandwich and roast well.
