Materials
- Curd- 2 bowl
- Condensed Milk – 1 bowl
- Cardamom Powder – 3/4 tsp
- Pistachio
- Saffron Strands
Instructions
- To make the perfect Bhapa Doi Sweet take two bowls of fresh curd.
- Place a strainer over a bowl and place a cloth over the strainer.
- Now put the curd in a cloth, wrap it around the curd of the cloth, and place a heavy thing on it for some time.
- After 30 minutes, check the curd, transfer it into a bowl, and whisk it with the help of a whisker.
- Now add 1 bowl of condensed milk and 3/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder, and mix everything well.
- Now take a cake tin, place a piece of butter paper, and grease it with ghee.
- Now transfer the prepared curd mixture into the cake tin and spread well.
- Now cover it with the help of foil paper.
- Place a kadhai on the flame, add water, place a stand into it, and boil the water with a covered lid.
- After 5 minutes, place the cake tin into the kadhai, close the lid, and cook for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, turn off the flame, remove the foil paper, check the Bhapa Doi, and let it cool a little.
- After the Bhapa Doi turns a little cool, keep it in the fridge for 2–3 hours.
- After 2-3 hours, take out the cake tin from the fridge and de-mold it.
- Now cut the Bhapa Doi into pieces and garnish it with the chopped dry fruits.
- Now your perfect Bhapa Doi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
