Materials
- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Water Oil – 1 tsp
- Boiled potato - 3
- Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder -1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Ginger and green chilli paste
- Chopped Coriander
- Bread slices – 6
- Tomato catchup – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seed -1 tsp
- Asafoetida/Hing – 1 pinch
- Curry Leaf/Kari Patta
- Silted green chilli
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- To make the amazing Bread Roll Dhokla, take a bowl, and add 1 cup of Gram flour to it.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and mix well.
- Next step – little by little, add water, whisk well and prepare a semi-thick batter.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of oil, mix well and keep it aside.
- Next step – take three boiled and grated potatoes.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, and 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger & garlic, salt as per taste, finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Next step – take six sandwich bread slides and cut the brown edges of all bread slices.
- Next step – one by one, roll all bread slices with the help of a roller pin.
- Next step – take a bowl, add 2-3 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, and mix well.
- Next step – take a bread slice and apply prepared sauce.
- Next step – place a small portion of potato stuffing and roll it lightly.
- Next step – one by one, fill the stuffing and prepare the roll with the remaining bread slices.
- Next step – take a strainer plate and grease it with the help of oil.
- Next step – one by one dip, bread roll into prepared gram flour batter and place them on the greased plate.
- Next step – place a kadhai on flame, add two glasses of water and boil well.
- After the water starts boiling, place the bread roll strainer plate on the kadhai.

- After 5 minutes, turn off the flame, take out bread roll dhokla to the platform and let it cool.

- For tempering, place the tempering pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, one pinch of asafoetida, curry leaves, and slit green chilli and saute a little.
- After one minute, add prepared dhokla rings and mix well.
- After 2 minutes, add lemon juice and chopped coriander, and turn off the flame.
