Murauri Recipe | How to make Redish Murauri at Home | Muli Ki Kachori Recipe
Materials
- Radish(Muli) – 500 grams
- Water – 1 cup
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds – 1 tsp
- Carom seeds – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Ginger green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
- Rice Flour – 260 grams
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make perfect Murauri, take 500 grams of Radish and wash & peel them.
- Now grate all rash with the help of medium size grater.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of water.
- Now add 1 tsp of oil, 1 tsp of nigella seeds, 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of ginger green chilli paste.
- Now add grated Radish and mix everything well.
- Now, close the lid and boil on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid and turn off the flame.
- Now, little by little, add 260 grams of rice flour and mix well.
- Now turn on the flame and cook for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, turn off the flame, transfer the mix to a bowl and let it a little cool.
- When the mix is a little cool, add finely chopped coriander, mix well(grease your hands before mixing it) and prepare a soft dough.
- Now, take the rolling board & rolling pin and grease them with oil.
- Now, take a portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now cut the rolled mix with the help of a Glass and remove the excess dough.
- Now, one by one, prepare Kachori/murauri with the remaining mix.

18 – After some seconds, press gently and fry on both sides until golden.
19 – After your Murauri turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
20 – Now your Perfect Murauri is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
