Rice Kachori Recipe | How to make Rice Kachori at Home | Easy Rice Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- Boiled Potatoes – 3
- Finely Green Chiili – 1 tsp
- Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Schezwan Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Ajwain/Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Water – 1.5 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Rice Flour – 1 cup
- Oil for roasting
Instructions
- To make amazing Rice Kachori, take 3 boiled and peeled potatoes and mash well.
- Now add 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder, salt as per taste, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
- Now add finely chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- Now add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well again.
- Now, one by one, take a small portion of the mix and prepare balls with it.
- Now, place a pan on flame and 1 tsp of oil and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and mix well.
- Now add 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of salt, mix well, and boil on medium flame.
- After the water starts boiling, turn the flame to low and add, little by little, 1 cup of rice flour and mix well.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame, close the lid, and keep the pan aside for 1 minute.
- Now transfer the prepared mix to a bowl.
- While the mix is hot, knead well and prepare a smooth dough.
- Now, take lemon size mix and spread well with your hands.
- Now, place masala balls into it and close from all sides, and prepare round Kachori.
- Now, one by one, prepare all Kachori.
- Now place an Appe pan on flame and grease it with oil and heat well.
- Now place prepared Kachori in Appe mold, grease all Kachori with oil.
- Now, close the lid and cook on low flame for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, check the Kachori, flip them to another side, and cook well for 3-4 minutes.
- After Kachori turns crispy and golden, transfer them to a plate and cook the net batch.
- Now your Crispy rice kachori is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
