Paneer Butter Masala Recipe | How to make Paneer Butter Masala | Butter Paneer Masala Recipe
Materials
- 1 pcs Cinnamon Stick
- 4 pcs Green Cardamom
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Chopped Onion
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 inch Ginger
- 5 - 6 Garlic cloves
- 15 - 20 Cashew Nut
- 5 - 6 Red Chilli
- 5 Chopped Tomato
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Slited Green Chilli
- 2 Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Panner Butter Masala
- 300 grams Paneer Cubes
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Kasoori Methi
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Fresh Cream/Malai
Instructions
- To make Paneer Butter Masala, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 1 pcs of Cinnamon Stick, 4 Green cardamoms, 2 bay Leaf, 1/2 Pcs of Chopped onion, and roast everything well on medium flame.
- After some seconds, add 2 green chilies, 1 inch Ginger, 5 to 6 Garlic pieces, and stir fry everything.
- After roasting a little, add 15 to 20 Cashew Nut, 5 to 6 red chili, and mix well and roast.
- After 1 minute, add 5 to 6 roughly chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup water, close the lid on the pan, and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the flame and let the mix cool down.
- Now, remove cinnamon and bay leaf from the mixture; otherwise, they make the gravy darker.
- After the mix has cooled down, transfer it into a grinding jar, grind well and make a smooth paste.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 2 tbsp of butter, 1 tsp of oil, and melt.
- After ghee melts, add 1 tsp of grated ginger and saute well on low, medium flame.
- After some seconds, add 2 slits of green chili, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, and mix everything well on low flame.
- Now add Prepared Paneer Butter masala gravy and mix everything well.
- Now, close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low to medium flame.
- After 10 minutes, remove the lid and add 300 grams of paneer cubes, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, and a piece of butter, and mix everything well.
- Now again, close the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, add Kasoori methi 1 tsp of sugar(optional), 4 tbsp of fresh cream, and mix everything well.
- Now your perfect restaurant-style Butter Paneer Masala is ready, and you can enjoy it.
