- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Salt as per Taste
- Carom Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Ghee (Melted) – 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Nigella Seeds (Kalaunji) – 1/4 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Peppermint Powder – 1 tsp
- Jaljira Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Noodle masala – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Masala Lachha Paratha, take a big plate, and add 2 cups of wheat flour.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, and 2 tsp of melted ghee and mix everything well.
- Next step – little by little, add water and make a semi-soft dough.
- Next step – apply the ghee to the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Next step – take a bowl, add 2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of garam Masala, and 1 tsp of dry mango powder.
- Next step – add salt as per taste and mix everything well.
- After 10 minutes, check the dough and prepare big-sized balls with it.
- Next step – take a ball and roll it thin.
- Next step – apply ghee to the rolled dough Paratha.
- Next step – sprinkle prepared Masala and spread well.
- Next step – sprinkle nigella seeds and a little wheat flour on the rolled Paratha.
- Next step – add coriander leaves and fold the Paratha in a zig-zag way.
- Next step – roll the Paratha in the spiral way and insert the end inside.
- Next step – gently roll the spiral dough like Paratha.
- For the second flavor, take a small bowl, add 1 tsp of prepared Masala, 1 tsp of mint powder, 1/2 tsp of Jaljira Powder, and mix well.

- Next step – prepare the Lachha Paratha by following the previous steps.
- For the third flavor, take a small bowl, add 1 tsp of prepared Masala, 1 tsp of noodle masala, and mix well.
