Materials
- Rice – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Curry Leaves Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Capsicum – 1
- Grated Carrot – 1
- Chopped Cabbage
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Grated Potato – 1
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
For Instant Chutney
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Peanut – 2 tbsp
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Green Chilli – 2 to 3
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Salt as per Taste
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Tamarind Paste – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Black gram/Urad dal Dried
- Red Chili – 1
Instructions
- To make the amazing Chawal Ka Nashta, take 1 cup of rice and soak it in water for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove the excess water, add soaked rice & 1/2 cup of water into a grinding jar, and make a fine paste.
- Next step – place a small pan on flame, add 2 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of white sesame seeds, 1 tsp of ginger, two chopped green chillies, and curry leaves, and mix well.
- Next step – turn off the flame, add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, and mix well.
- Next step – add the prepared tempering into the batter.
- Next step – add one chopped onion, one small chopped capsicum, one chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped tomato, and mix well.
- Next step – add one grated potato, water if required, and mix well.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
- Next step – add prepared batter, spread well, and cook for 1 minute with a closed lid.
- After 1 minute, add oil on the top, flip, and cook on both sides.
- After the Paratha turns golden, transfer it to a plate and cook the next paratha.
- Now your perfect Chawal ka Nasta is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
**** INSTANT CHUTNEY RECIPE ****
- Place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 2 tbsp of peanuts, and roast a little on medium flame.
- Next step – add one chopped tomato, 2-3 green chillies, 1 inch of ginger, 7-8 garlic cloves, and roast.
- Next step – add 2 pinches of turmeric powder, salt as per taste, two pinches of asafoetida, and 1 tsp of tamarind paste and mix well.
- Next step – turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Next step – add the prepared mix into a grinding jar, and make a fine paste.
- Next step – place a tempering pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- Next step – add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, curry leaves, black gram, one dry red chilli, and mix.
- Next step – pour the tempering on the chutney.
- Now your perfect Instant chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
