- Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4
- Garlic
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Chopped cabbage – 2 cups
- Chopped Capsicum – 1/2 cup
- Carrot – 1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion – 1 cup
- Kashmiri red chili powder – 2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Chopped Coriander
- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Rice flour – 4 tbsp
- Oil
Instructions
- To make the unique cabbage paratha, take a grinding jar, add 3–4 chopped green chillies, 6-7 garlic cloves, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and make a coarse paste.
- Next step: take a big bowl and add 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage, the prepared paste, 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup of grated carrot, and 1 cup of chopped onion.
- Next step: add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and 2 pinches of turmeric powder.
- Next step: add chopped coriander and mix everything well.
- Next step: little by little add 1 cup of gram flour and 4 tbsp of rice flour and mix everything well.
- Next step: place a tawa on the flame, grease it with oil, and sprinkle water on it.
- Next step: place a small portion of dough on the tawa and spread it to a medium thickness with your hands.
- After roasting for some time, flip the paratha and apply the oil to it.
- After a few seconds, flip the paratha, apply the oil, and cook until golden.
- After the paratha turns golden, transfer the paratha to a plate and cook the next paratha.
- Second way to make the paratha – place a cloth on the rolling board.
