Vegetable Pulao Recipe

– Ghee – 2 tbsp  – Bay Leaf – 1  – Cardamom – 1  – Black Peppercorns – 3 to 4  – Cinnamon Stick – 1 piece  – Green Cardamom – 1  – Cumin Seed- 1/2 tsp  – Chopped Onion – 1  – Silited Green Chili – 2  – Chopped Ginger – 1  – Cauliflower – 1/4 cup  – Chopped Carrot – 1/4 cup  – Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 cup  – French Beans – 1/4 cup  – Green Peas – 1/4 cup  – Salt as per Taste  – Cooked Rice – 1.5 cup  – Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp  – Chopped Coriander 

Ingredients

Step 1

To make the amazing Mix Veg Rice, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt.

After the ghee melts, add one bay leaf, one big cardamom, one cloves, 3-4 peppercorns, one cinnamon stick, one green cardamom, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, and saute a little.

Next step – add one chopped onion and fry until onion become golden.

After the onion turns a little soft, add two slits of green chilli, and 1 tsp of chopped ginger and mix well.

After 1 minute, add  1/4 cup of chopped cauliflower, 1/4 cup of chopped carrot, 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup of chopped beans, 1/4 cup of frozen peas, salt as per taste, and mix well.

Next step – close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.

After 3-4 minutes, remove the lid, add 1.5 cups of cooked rice, little ghee, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, chopped coriander, and mix everything well.

Step 8

Next step – turn off the flame, and transfer your Vegetable Pulao into a bowl. Now your amazing Mix Veg Rice is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
