Til Peanut Barfi Recipe

Prep Time: 15 Min

– Makhana (Fox Nuts) – 3 Cup – Peanuts – 1 cup – Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup – cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp  – dry ginger powder – 1/2 tsp – Ghee – 2 tbsp  – Crushed jaggery – 400 grams  – Water – Dry fruits for garnishing

To make the perfect and healthy Barfi Paag, place a pan on flame, add 3 cups of Makhan (Fox nut), and roast well until crisp.

After the Makhana turns crispy, transfer them to a plate. Next step: add 1 cup of peanuts into the pan and roast well on low flame. 

After roasting well, transfer the peanuts to a plate, and with the help of a clothe remove the peanuts skin. Next step: add 1/2 cup of sesame seeds into the kadhai and roast well for a minute. 

After a minute, turn off the flame and transfer the sesame seeds into the bowl.  Next step: take a grinding jar, add roasted sesame seeds, fox nut, and peanuts and make a coarse powder.

Next step: take a bowl, add prepared powder, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder, and mix everything well. Next step: place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and heat well. 

After the ghee melts, add crushed jaggery little water and melt on low to medium flame. After the jaggery syrup starts boiling, on low flame, add prepared powder and mix everything well. 

After the ghee melts, add 400 grams of crushed jaggery little water and melt on low to medium flame. After the jaggery syrup starts boiling, on low flame, add prepared powder and mix everything well. 

Next step: check the barfi paag and cut it into small pieces. Now, your perfect Til Gud Peanut Barfi Paag is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
