Til Ke Laddu Recipe

– Sesame seeds – 1 cup – Peanut – 1/2 cup – Puffed Rice – 1/2 cup – Jaggery – 400 gm – Mix Dry Fruit – Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp – Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp

To make the perfect New Til Gud Ke Laddu, take 1 cup of sesame seeds, 1/2 cup of peanuts, 1/2 cup of Murmura (puffed rice), Mix dry fruits with 400 grams of crushed jaggery. 

Place a pan on flame, add sesame seeds, and roast well (stir continuously). After roasting well, transfer the sesame seeds to a plate. 

Add peanuts to the pan and roast well (stir continuously). After the peanuts turn golden, transfer them to a plate. 

Add the Murmura to the pan and roast well (stir continuously). After the Murmura turns crispy, transfer the Murmura to a plate. 

Add mixed dry fruits to the pan and roast well. After roasting well, turn off the flame and transfer the roasted dry fruits to a plate. 

Take a grinding jar, add sesame seeds (separate the 4 tbsp for later use), make a coarse powder, and transfer it to a plate.

Add roasted peanuts into the grinding jar, make a coarse powder, and transfer it to the plate. Add roasted dry fruits into the grinding jar, make a coarse powder, and transfer the powder to the plate.

Take a bowl, add all the prepared powders, one teaspoon of cardamom powder, and mix well. Place a pan on flame, add crushed jaggery, two tablespoons of ghee, and a little water, and melt the jaggery. 

After the jaggery syrup starts boiling, turn off the flame, add the powder mixture, roasted peanuts, and separated sesame seeds, and mix everything well. Turn on the flame and cook on medium heat. 

After the mixture leaves the pan, turn off the flame, transfer the mixture to a plate, and let it cool a little. After the mixture turns a little cool, add sesame seeds and peanuts and mix well. 

One by one, prepare a small Ladoo with the prepared mixture. Now your perfect Til Gud Laddu’s are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
