– Ghee – 1/4 cup – Sugar – 3/4 cup – Warm milk – 1 cup – Semolina – 2 cup – Wheat flour – 1/2 cup – Milk powder – 2 tbsp – Salt – 2 pinch – Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp – Desiccated coconut – 4 tbsp – Oil for frying

Step 1

To make the amazing Suji Biscuits, take a bowl, add 1/4 cup of ghee, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 cup of warm milk, and whisk everything well.

Next step – add 2 cups of fine semolina, 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 2 tbsp of milk powder, two pinch salt, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 4 tbsp of desiccated coconut and mix well.

Next step – cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, check the dough, knead well, and prepare a soft dough. Next step – one by one, take a small portion and prepare a Biscuit like the following image.

Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil, and heat the oil lightly.

After the oil is medium hot, add prepared biscuits.

After the biscuits turn little golden, flip the biscuits and fry on both sides until golden.

After the Biscuits turn golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
