Sindhi Koki Recipe 

Prep Time: 15 Min

– Wheat flour – 2-2.5 cup – Gram flour – 2 tbsp – Salt – 1.5 tsp – Crushed carom seeds – 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp – Pepper powder – Cumin seeds – 1 tsp – Ghee – 2 tbsp – Chopped Onion – Chopped Green chilli – Chopped Coriander – Water as required – Oil

Step 1

To make the tastiest and perfect Sindhi Koki, take a wide plate, and add 2-2.5 cups of wheat flour and 2 tbsp of gram flour.

Next step – add 1.5 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of crushed carom seeds, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, pepper powder, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 tbsp of ghee, and mix everything well.

Next step – add finely chopped onion, chopped green chilli, and fresh coriander, and mix well.

Next step – add water as required and prepare a stiff dough.

Next step – one by one, prepare small balls with the prepared dough. Next step – place a heavy base Tawa on flame, place all dough balls on the Tawa, and roast on both sides.

After 1-1.5 minutes, take out from the Tawa. Next step – take a ball and gently roll it into a medium-thick roti.

Next step – place the prepared Roti on the Tawa and roast (Roasting a Koki will take you 6-7 minutes) After roasting for some time, apply ghee on the Koki and roast well on both sides.

After the Koki turns golden, turn off the flame, transfer the roasted Koki to a plate, and roast the next Koki. Now your Perfect Traditional Style Koki is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
