Saunf Sharbat Recipe

– Big Fennel seeds – 1/2 cup – Fennel seeds – 1/2 cup – Cardamom – 25 – Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp – Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp – Rock Sugar – 400 gm – Ice Cube – Black Salt  – Salt – Cumin Powder  – Milk

Step 1

To make the perfect Saunf Sharbat, take 1/2 cup of big fennel seeds, 1/2 cup of green fennel seeds, 25 green cardamoms, 1/2 tsp of peppercorn, &1 tbsp of poppy seeds.

Next step – take 400 grams of rock sugar and crush it with the help of a crusher. Next step – take a grinding jar, add all ingredients, and make a fine powder.

Next step – filter the powder with the help of a stainer. Now your perfect Saunf Sharbat mix is completely ready, you can store it for six months or eight months in the fridge.

To make the three different types of Saunf sharbat, take three glasses and add 1-1/5 tbsp of sharbat mix in all glasses. Next step – fill water in the first & second glass and milk in the third glass and mix well.

Next step – into the second glass, add black salt, white salt, and roasted cumin powder, ice cubes and mix well. Now your three types of Saunf Sharbat are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
