EASY RABRI RECIPE 

Boil Milk

To make the perfect Rasmalai, place a pan on flame, add 1 liter of full-fat milk and boil the milk. 

Save 1 tbsp of Milk

After a boil, take out 1 tbsp of boiled milk in a bowl.

Soak Saffron strands

take one pinch of saffron, add 1 tbsp of how milk, and soak it for some time. 

Prepare Curd Mix

take 1 tbsp of saved milk, add 1 tsp of curd and mix well.

Add curd Mix

little by little, add prepared curd mix into boiling milk and mix well on low flame. 

Add soaked Saffron Strands

add the saffron strands of milk and mix well, make sure you scrape the side milk and mix it well into the milk.

Add sugar & cardamom powder

After milk remains 1/2 of its quantity, add 4 tbsp of sugar and 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.

Turn off the flame

After the Rabri turns thick, turn off the flame and scrape the side milk and mix it into the milk.
