Paneer Lababdar Recipe

– Green Chilli – 2 to 3 – Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 1 tbsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp – Coriander Powder – 1 tsp – Tomato Puree – 3 tbsp – Chopped Capsicum – 1 – Salt – 1 tsp – Hot Water – 1/2 cup – Paneer – 400 gm – Red Chili Powder – 1/4 tsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp – Salt  – Oil – Grated Paneer – 50 gm – Sugar – 1 tsp – Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp – Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp – Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp – Chopped Coriander

Step 1

To make the perfect paneer lababdar, place a pan on the flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, and heat well. Next step: add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, four cardamoms, 4-5 cloves, one cinnamon piece, and two way leaves, and roast a little.

Next step: add three roughly chopped onions and roast well. After the onion turns golden, add four roughly chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp of melon seeds, 10-15 cashews, 1 tsp of salt, and 2-3 dry Kashmiri red chillies, and roast well.

Next step: add 1 cup of hot water, close the lid, and cook on medium flame for 6-7 minutes. After 6-7 minutes, turn off the flame and let the gravy cool down.

After the gravy cools down, add the gravy mix to the grinding jar and make a fine paste (remove the way leaves before grinding). Next step: filter the gravy with the help of a strainer.

Next step: place a kadhai on the flame, add 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of butter, and heat well. Next step: add 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste and sauté a little.

Next step: add 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of coriander powder, and roast well. Next step: add 3 tbsp of tomato puree and a little hot water, and cook well.

Next step: add one chopped capsicum and 1 tsp of salt, and roast well. Next step: add the prepared gravy, mix well, and cook on medium flame.

Next step: take 400 grammes of paneer (cut into cubes), add 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, salt and toss well. Next step: place a pan on the flame, add a little oil, and heat well.

Next step: add paneer cubes and roast well for 1-2 minutes. After 2 minutes, turn off the flame and keep the roasted paneer aside.

Next step: into the gravy, add 50 grammes of grated cheese, and mix well. Next step: add 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp of kasoori methi, and roasted paneer; mix well; and cook for 2–3 minutes.

After 2-3 minutes, add fresh cream and chopped coriander and mix well. Now your perfect paneer lababdar is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
