Mushroom Masala Recipe

– Mushroom – 500 gm – All-purpose flour – 4 tbsp – Salt as per Taste – Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 1 tsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp – Sabji Masala – 1 tbsp – Ginger And Garlic Paste  – Curd – 2 to 3 tbsp – Chopped Coriander  – Oil – 2 tbsp – Bay Leaf – 1 – Cardamom /Black – 1 – Cardamom /Green – 2 – Cinnamon Stick  – Clove – 2 to 3

– Cumin seeds – 1 tsp – Chopped Onion – 2 – Garlic – Chopped Green Chili – 3 – Chopped Ginger – Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 1 tbsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp – Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp – Chopped Tomato – 3 – Salt as per Taste  – Water – 1 cup – Butter – 1 tsp – Kasoori Methi  – Chopped Coriander  – Green Chili

To make the perfect mushroom masala, take 500 grams of mushroom and rub it with all-purpose flour. After rubbing well, wash the mushroom well and cut the bottom part of the mushroom into small pieces. 

Take a bowl, add mushroom pieces, salt as per taste, turmeric powder, sabzi masala, ginger garlic paste, and curd, and mix everything well. After mixing well, add chopped coriander, mix everything well, and let it rest for 10 minutes. 

Place a cooker on flame, add oil, and heat well. After the oil is hot, add bay leaf, black cardamom, cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, and cumin seeds, and roast a little. 

After 2 minutes, add Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder and mix everything well. After some time, add chopped tomatoes and salt as per taste, and mix everything well. 

Add 1 cup of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook until two whistles. After two whistles, remove the lid and mash everything well.

Now add the marinated mushrooms, mix well, and cook. After cooking, add one tablespoon of butter and Kasoori methi and mix well. 

Now, add 1 cup of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook until two whistles. After two whistles, turn off the flame and check the mushroom masala.
