To make the perfect Mooli Ke Pakode, take four radishes (Mooli), remove the leaves, and peel the radish.
Now grate the radish and finely chop the radish leaves. Take four onions and coriander leaves, cut four onions into slices, and finely chop the coriander.
In a crusher, add two tablespoons of coriander seeds, one teaspoon of peppercorns, and one teaspoon of cumin seeds, and crush well.
Take a bowl and add grated radish, chopped onion, chopped radish leaves, chopped coriander, and ginger garlic green chili paste.
Now add the prepared powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, asafoetida, carom seeds, salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
After mixing well, add gram flour (as required) and rice flour, and mix everything well.
After mixing well, add baking soda, a little lemon juice, and hot oil, and mix everything well.
One by one, take a lemon-sized portion of the mix, gently prepare a ball, and drop it into the medium-hot oil. Now, fry the Mooli Ke Pakode until golden and crispy.
After the Mooli Ke Pakode turns golden and crispy, transfer it to a plate and fry the next batch. Now your perfect Mooli Ke Pakode is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
