Next step: take a barfi tray, grease it with ghee, and place a piece of parchment paper into it. Next step: spread chopped pistachios and almonds onto the tray.
Next step: place a pan on the flame, add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water, and melt the sugar.
After the sugar melts, add cardamom powder and mix well. After the sugar consistency becomes sticky (near one string consistency), turn off the flame.
Next step: little by little, add the milk powder mixture to the sugar syrup and mix well.
Next step: turn on the flame and cook on a low to medium flame. After the barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the barfi mix into a greased tray.
After an hour, check the barfi, demolish it, and cut it into pieces. Now your perfect Malai Milk Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
