After one minute, turn off the flame and let the Jeera cool down. Next step – gently crush the Jeera with the help of a roller pin and keep the Jeera aside.
Next step – take a bowl, add 1/2 cup of Ghee, 2 tbsp of sugar powder, and whisk well for 3-4 minutes.
Next step – strain the 1 cup of all-purpose flour & 1/4 cup of wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp of custard powder, 1 tsp of salt, and 3/4 tsp of baking powder into the bowl. Next step – mix everything well with the cut & fold method.
After mixing well, add half of the roasted Jeera and mix well. Next step – add 2-3 tbsp of milk, prepare a soft dough, and let it rest for 5-10 minutes in the fridge.
After 5-10 minutes, check the dough and roll it to medium thickness. Next step – cut the dough into squire shape and sprinkle the Jeera on it.
Next step – cut it into small size biscuits and transfer the biscuit pieces to the plate wrapped with foil paper. Next step – place a kadhai on flame, close the lid and preheat for 5-6 minutes.
After 5 minutes, remove the lid, place a stand into the kadhai, and place the wrapped plate on the stand. Next step – close the lid and bake the biscuits for 1 minute on medium-high flame and 20-25 minutes on low flame.
After 20-25 minutes, turn off the flame, transfer the baked biscuits to a stand and let them cool. Now your perfect Jeera Biscuits are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
