Instant Baingan Bharta Recipe

– Brinjal – 2 – Oil – 1 tsp – Tomato – 3 – Coriander  – Salt as per Taste  – Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp  – Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp – Water – 1/4 cup – Mustard Oil  – Cumin Seed – 1 tsp  – Mustard – 1/2 tsp

– Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp – Coriander Seed – 1 tsp – Chopped Onion – 2 – Ginger – 1 tbsp  – Garlic – 1 tbsp – Chopped Green Chili  – Green Peas – 1 cup – Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp – Kashmiri Red chilly powder – Coriander Powder – 2 tsp – Cumin Powder – 1 tsp – Sabji Masala – 1 tsp – Salt as per Taste  – Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp – Chopped Coriander

1: To make this amazing and quick Baingan Ka Bharta, take 2 Baingan, cut the top end, and peel them.

2: Now cut the baingan into big-sized pieces and keep the pieces in the water. 3: Place a cooker on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, Baingan pieces, one chopped tomato, and coriander stem, and roast for 2 minutes. 

4: Now add salt as per taste, one teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and mix well. 5: After roasting, add 1/4 cup of water, close the lid, and cook until two whistles. 

6: After two whistles, remove the lid, check the cooked baingan, and mash it. 7: Now place a pan on a flame, add mustard oil, and heat well. 

8: After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, and 1 tsp of coriander seeds, and mix everything well. 9: Now add two chopped onions and roast well on a high flame until golden. 

10: After the onion turns golden, add 1 tbsp of coarse ginger and 1 tbsp of coarse garlic, and roast well. 11: Now add chopped green chilies and mix well. 

12: After mixing well, add 1 cup of green peas and two chopped onions, and roast everything well. 13: Now add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sabzi masala, and salt as per taste, and mix everything well.

14: Now add a little water, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes with a closed lid. 15: After two minutes, add the cooked baingan, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes with a closed lid. 

16: After 2-3 minutes, add 1 tsp of Kasoori methi and chopped coriander and mix well. 17: Now place a small bowl into the pan, add burned charcoal to the bowl, and sprinkle the ghee on it. 

18: Now close the lid, let it rest for 5 minutes, and turn off the flame. 19: Now your perfect Baingan ka Bharta is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
