To make the perfect Gud Gond Pak, place a pan on the heat, add 4-5 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well. Next step: add one bowl of Gond (edible gum) and fry it well.
After the gond turns crispy, transfer it to a plate and fry the remaining Gond. Next step: add one bowl of wheat flour to the pan and roast on low heat until golden brown (add 1-2 tablespoons of ghee if required).
While the flour is roasting, take a grinding jar, add the roasted Gond, and make a coarse powder. Next step: transfer the gond powder into a bowl.
Next step: add almonds, cashew nuts, and melon seeds and make a coarse powder. Next step: add gond powder, dry fruit powder, and 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut to the wheat flour and roast well.
Next Step: Turn off the flame and transfer the pan to the platform after roasting well. Next step: add 1 tsp of cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp of dry ginger powder, grated nutmeg, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, and one bowl of grated jaggery, and mix everything well.
Next step: transfer the Gud Gond Pak mixture to a plate and level it with the help of a bowl. Next step: let the Gond Pak rest for 20–25 minutes.
After 20–25 minutes, check the Gond Pak, add cut marks, and let it rest for a little more time. Your perfect Gud Gond Pak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
