RAS MALAI RECIPE

– Gram flour – 1 cup – Desiccated Coconut – 1 cup – Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp – Sugar – 1 cup – Water – 1/2cup – Saffron Strands  – Clarified Butter – 1/2 cup – Saffron Strands

Step 1

To make the most tasty coconut besan barfi, place a pan on the flame, add 1 cup of gram-flour, and dry roast on a low flame.

After the gram-flour turns aromatic, turn off the flame, add 1 cup of desiccated coconut, and mix well.

Next step: add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well. Next step: place a kadhai on the flame, add 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water, and melt on a medium flame.

Next step: add saffron strands and mix well. After the sugar consistency is sticky, turn off the flame. Little by little, add the prepared gram-flour mixture and mix well.

Next step: turn on the flame and cook for a minute. After one minute, add 1/2 cup of ghee in batches and mix well.

After the barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer it to a greased plate. Next step: spread the barfi, garnish it with dry fruits or saffron strands, and let it set for 1 hour.

After one hour, check the barfi and cut it into pieces. Now your perfect coconut Besan barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
